Beautiful Fall Day Day 223

Fall is one of my favorite seasons of the year, ushering a fresh crispness that soon delivers us into the long chilly winter. I would have a difficult time living somewhere that doesn`t host the four varied seasons, winter, spring, summer and fall; thank you, God.

Daniel 2:21 He changes times and season; he set up kings and disposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

I seem to be in a season of discernment, where does God really want me, what does He have planned? I`m assuming that as I get closer to my 60th birthday, it adds a sense of urgency. Maybe, I`m just to hung-up on the big six zero birthday; do I just need to focus more energy on praying and listening to God.

Psalm 119: 125 I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes.

Father God, thank you for the beautiful day, thank you for loving me, thank you for my wonderful family and friends. Thank you for placing me in the midst of the faith filled, loving Emmaus community. Thank you for this blog, where I can just sit down and chat with YOU.

Psalm 106:1 Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
