A day of a new beginning, a start of a new season, I faithfully trust that God will continue to instruct and guide my steps. I pray that He will lead me even closer to His divine purpose for my being!
For the first time in 3 years, I indulged myself in the pleasure of an early morning walk. Enjoying the sounds, peace and tranquility of our beautiful neighborhood, as I walked in silence.
I walked to the riverside where we have our pontoon boat docked. I sat prayerfully speaking to God. Thanking Him for the beauty of the moment and the promise of His continued unconditional love and guidance; trusting that He will faithfully keep each and everyone of His promises as I walk down a new path.
Tomorrow, along with nearly 20 fellow Christians, Rick and I will leave for a mission trip to Maine. We will reach out to a community in need, doing jobs of construction, painting and meeting whatever need our crew can accomplish. I anxiously await this opportunity to serve and fellowship! Thanks, to God for His perfect timing!
Psalms 85: 10-13 Love and faithfulness meet together, righteousness and peace kiss each other. Faithfulness springs forth from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven. The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest. Righteousness goes before him and prepares the way for his steps.
