Little Debbie Farewells Day 94

Aside from the extreme heat today, my day in Chestertown and Rock Hall were very low key. However, today was a day to bid farewell to many friends and acquaintances that I`ve made in the past 3 years as I`ve delivered Little Debbie products in my big brown REALLY HOT truck.

When I got home this evening I began to reflect on the true meaning of the past 3 years. I would say that however meaningful, none of these relationships will continue past this week. That is somewhat sad but reality, people come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

When someone is in your life for a reason, it is usually to meet a need; to assist us through a difficulty, to provide guidance and support, to aid physically, emotionally and spiritually.

When someone comes into your life for a season it is a time to share, grow and learn. This relationship may bring great peace and happiness. It may be a time of teaching and learning. These relationship may bring huge amounts of joy but only for a season.

Without a doubt that is exactly what I`ve experienced in Chestertown and Rock Hall in the past 3 years. I pray, that along the way I have provided, friendship for a season or a reason to many people that God has placed in my path.

I thank God for, Anne Marie, Diane, Donnie, Theresa, Shirley, Ruby, Tammy, Regina, Cathy, Dale, Ross, Bill, Will, Andrew, Jamie, Joyce, Kenny, Bob, Michael, Rolph and Miss Betty as they have walked through the open doors of my heart! I have prayed, shared, cried and laughed!

1 Samuel 20:42 ...."Go in peace, for we have sworn friendship with each other in the name of the Lord, saying, "the Lord is witness between you and me..........
